There are ways to get medical help and prescriptions online or over the phone. Stevenage South Primary Care Network is made up of the surgeries in Bedwell and Roebuck , King George, Marymead and Knebworth, and Shephall.
Don’t delay If you need medical help, telephone the surgeries on their usual numbers. Initial appointments will be by telephone or video call. If necessary, you will be asked to attend the surgery. All appropriate precautions are taken to ensure no transmission of Covid-19 to patients or from patients to health care staff.

Shephall surgery now operates an online consultation service called eConsult. You can access eConsult 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The system will take you through a series of questions related to your symptoms exactly as a doctor would in a face to face consultation. Under normal circumstances you will receive a reply by the end of the next working day.
